Products can be returned under our 30 day money back guarantee. Customers have the option of obtaining a refund to the original form of payment or a store credit. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization number.
After 30 days and before 60 days after placing the order we issue store credits only.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny refund requests based on fraud or program abuse. Drop shipping from our webstore is not allowed, and no return authorizations or refunds will be issued for orders resulting from drop shipping. Resale in the USA of products bought from our website is not allowed unless specifically authorized by Koru Naturals LLC.
Freight Forwarders
We are not responsible for damage, defect, material differences, or losses that occur to orders sent to a freight forwarder, and we are not able to provide replacements, refunds, or return labels on such orders. If orders sent to freight forwarders are to be exported outside the U.S., customers and freight forwarders are solely responsible for compliance with all export regulations. Customers shall bear all shipping costs of returning orders that are eligible.
